Virgin Train USA, which is about to build a high-speed rail link between Southern California and Las Vegas, is presenting plans for a Las Vegas high-speed rail station to Clark County authorities, the hope is to build a 60-foot high-speed rail station on two levels above and one below the ground in a clearing at the intersection of Blue Diamond Blvd. and Las Vegas Blvd.
The company is also proposing to build a seven-story, three-dimensional car park next to a Las Vegas train station, with about 2,700 parking spaces.
The planned high speed rail station, Gross leasable area, is 160,000 square feet across from Premium Outlets in southern Las Vegas.
When the location of the high-speed Rail Casino Station came to the surface, real estate buyers favored nearby properties, and prices rose accordingly.
