(U.S. Commerce News) Aug 29, 2019, 18-overseas media of Global Commerce Newspaper Union with Director Mr. Wu, Zhongxi of Nan’an Municipal Party Committee Propaganda Department, and Researcher Mr. Lin, Peihuang of Quanzhou Municipal Party Committee Propaganda Department visited the Fujian(QuanZhou) Semiconductor High-Tech Industry Zone, Nan’an park.
Nan’an park is referred to as Quanzhou silicore, with the planning range of about 60 square kilometers, mainly covering three parks such as Nanan High-tech industrial park, Jinjiang integrated circuit industrial park and Anxi (Hutou) photoelectric industrial park.
Nanan park is the core area of Quanzhou silicore, whose main development direction is to build a compound semiconductor industry base. The park is located in Shijing Town with the total planned area of 33 square kilometers, which will uphold the development concept of “the integration of harbor town” to build an ecological, intellegent, healthy humane coastal industrial town.
Three Major ports
The park is adjacent to Xiamen Xiang ‘an new airport and Shijing work area of Quanzhou Port, which has unparalleled advantages of two ports.
The park is only 5 kilo. in a straight line from Shijing Port, an important port to Taiwan.
The park is to be established as a land comprehensive bonded zone and it will enjoy the policy of Xianmen FTA.
Location Advantage
Located in the southern part of Fujian Province, the economic zone of the east coast of the Taiwan Straits.

Expressway and Railway.
The park will realize the seamless connection with the surrounding areas through many freeways and urban expressways to be built.
- Xiamen-Zhangzhou-Quanzhou joint freeway will dock Haixiang Ave.
- Xianlin Ave. will join S. Xiang ‘an Ave.

Relations with Taiwan
As an important port to Taiwan, the park is only 6 nautical miles from Kimen.
To promote the cultural exchanges of Zheng Chenggong between Taiwan and Mainland China, highlight the characteristics of culture and contact the compatriots cross the Straits with Taiwan and Kimen across the sea and Kimen in a straight-line distance of only 6 nautical miles, the rapid development of the park can attract enterprises and talents of semiconductor in Taiwan.
Low Cost for Living
As a coastal town, Shijing Town has lower housing prices, compared with Xiang ‘an, and it is more suitable for people to purchase houses there.
